Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
988wim prohibits the use of automated betting systems, bots, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage. Money laundering, chip dumping, match fixing, and any illegal activity using the platform are grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
988wim supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cash OTC in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. 988wim does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals from verified accounts.
Players may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time via the 988wim responsible gaming dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are binding and irrevocable for their stated duration. 988wim may also close accounts unilaterally for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 988wim Privacy Policy and any specific game, bonus, or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 988wim with respect to your use of the Platform.
Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions:
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. 988wim does not accept registrations made on behalf of third parties for personal gaming purposes — each Account must be used solely by the registered individual.
To open and maintain an Account with 988wim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction Warning: 988wim takes the 21+ age requirement extremely seriously. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by underage players will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings generated by an underage player will be paid out under any circumstances.
To access real-money gaming on the 988wim Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 988wim Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 988wim reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. 988wim will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify 988wim support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
988wim is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts. You may be required to provide documentary evidence including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some circumstances, account closure.
988wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. 988wim reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. 988wim does not accept cash deposits except through designated Cash OTC channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at all times.
Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. 988wim targets withdrawal processing times of under ten minutes for verified accounts, though actual timescales may vary depending on the payment provider. 988wim does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals from verified accounts. However, third-party payment provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
988wim operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are subject to automated monitoring. 988wim reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction where AML concerns arise, and to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required under applicable law. Players must not use the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
988wim may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Balance credits awarded to a Player must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
988wim actively monitors all Account activity for signs of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and coordinating wagers with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. 988wim reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus Balance credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice. Real Money Balance is unaffected by Bonus Balance expiry.
988wim reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games or markets in any jurisdiction is not guaranteed. Where a game or market is removed while a Wager is in progress, 988wim will settle the Wager on the best available information at the time of removal.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed, software malfunctions, or human error in the setting of betting markets — 988wim reserves the right to void any Wager affected by the error and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. 988wim shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of a Player relying on erroneous information displayed on the Platform.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period, or otherwise rendered incomplete for the purposes of settlement, affected Wagers will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Specific rules for individual sports are set out in the 988wim sportsbook rules, which are available on the Platform.
All casino games offered on the 988wim Platform that rely on random outcomes operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of returns in any individual gaming session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wim Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988wim, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform securely.
988wim collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of the gaming services you have requested. 988wim does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 988wim's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 988wim's licensing authority.
